Below are the Terms & Conditions for the Ascent Catalogue 2025, published by Ascent Footwear (Dominion Cross Pty Ltd). Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as they govern your use of this catalogue, promotional activities, and any transactions made.

Pricing

All prices listed in the Ascent Footwear Catalogue 2025 are valid until May 31, 2025, unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of GST. Dominion Cross Pty Ltd reserves the right to change prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

Promotions and Giveaways

The offers and specials in this catalogue are exclusive to the 2025 promotions and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. Ascent reserves the right to amend or cancel promotions at its discretion.

By entering the Ascent Footwear x Spencil Giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Entry Requirements:

To enter, purchase any product from Ascent Footwear online between January 1, 2025, and January 31, 2025. After purchasing, scan the QR code in this catalogue or visit the Ascent website to access the giveaway entry page.

Prize Details:

One winner will receive the Ascent x Spencil Giveaway Pack, which includes:

Entries must be submitted during the specified promotional period. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. This promotion is not valid with any other offer. Ascent Footwear reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time.

General Giveaway Terms

  1. Exclusive Promotions: These promotions are exclusive to this catalogue and are not valid with any other discounts, offers, or special promotions.
  2. Eligibility:
    • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over with an Australian postal address.
    • Employees of Dominion Cross Pty Ltd, Mikki & Me, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
  3. Automatic Entry: Each eligible purchase or action (e.g., signing up for the newsletter) automatically enters customers into the competition.
  4. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by email within 2 days of being drawn.
  5. Prize Claim Period: Winners must claim their prize by responding within 7 days of notification. After this period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
  6. Prizes:
    • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • Dominion Cross Pty Ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged prizes once awarded.
  7. Disputes: Any disputes in relation to the promotion or prizes will be resolved by the Promoter in accordance with Australian law, and the Promoter’s decision is final.
  8. Agreement: By entering this promotion, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
  9. Winner Selection: Dominion Cross Pty Ltd reserves the right to choose winners at its discretion, provided entries comply with these terms.
