Dominion Cross Pty Ltd reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

By ordering or registering on ascentfootwear.com.au you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and email transactional order, shipping and product review emails. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed by either unsubscribing via a link or contacting our Customer Service at info@ascentfootwear.com.au and we will remove you from marketing communications.

We may exchange personal information with our related companies and with third-party service providers who assist us with payment, marketing, data processing, IT, archival, auditing, accounting, customer contact, legal, business consulting, banking, delivery, data analysis, document management, research, investigation, insurance, website and other services. Some of these third parties may be a location in Australia, USA, EU and other countries.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Dominion Cross Pty Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Dominion Cross Pty Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Liability

Dominion Cross Pty Ltd is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving a reason. Upon cancellation of an order, we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.

Change of Address

The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only be made until the order begins processing. Dominion Cross Pty Ltd cannot accommodate all address change requests.

Dominion Cross Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.

International Customs Charges

Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Dominion Cross Pty Ltd does not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of the order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Dominion Cross Pty Ltd will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Dominion Cross Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International Orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate

Order Cancellations

If notified before goods have been dispatched, Dominion Cross Pty Ltd can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Dominion Cross Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

Refer a Friend Program

The "Give $10, Get $10" program rewards existing Ascent Footwear customers ("Referrers") for inviting friends to shop with Ascent Footwear for the first time. Both the Referrer and the invited Friend ("Referee") can receive a $10 credit note under the following conditions.

By participating in the Ascent Footwear Refer a Friend program, you agree to the following terms. The program allows existing customers to refer friends who do not already have an Ascent account.

The Referee must sign up using the email address they were invited with to receive a $10 credit note, which is valid for their first purchase only and cannot be used with other offers or promotions. Once the Referee completes payment for their first purchase, the Referrer will receive a $10 credit note within 2 business days.

Credit notes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used within six months of issuance. Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the program will result in disqualification. Ascent Footwear reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Ascent Footwear mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Ascent Footwear (“Ascent Footwear”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Ascent Footwear’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Ascent Footwear through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Ascent Footwear. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Ascent or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Ascent Footwear mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
